Currently, PrivatMoney transfers to ZEN.COM are only available for transfers to Ukraine. It is not possible to receive transfers from Ukraine through the PrivatMoney transfer system at the moment.

Transaction limits: 700 euros or the equivalent in another currency (if the recipient is not a PrivatBank customer).

Monthly limit: 30 transfers, 9,000 euros, 7-day transfer limit: 5,000 euros, 1-day transfer limit: 2,000 euros or the equivalent in another currency.

From July 18 to October 18, transfers to Ukraine through PrivatMoney in ZEN are completely free!

The recipient in Ukraine can receive the transfer in currency accounts or cards (USD, EUR), or in Ukrainian Hryvnia. If the receiving currency differs from the sending currency, the funds will be converted at the recipient's bank exchange rate.

The recipient in Ukraine will receive your transfer directly into their bank account or card.

Currently, you can send transfers to Ukraine through PrivatMoney in USD and EUR. We will also add PLN in the near future.

Simply register with ZEN, top up your account, and then send a transfer to Ukraine using the recipient's IBAN account number or card number.
To open an account at ZEN.COM, all you need is a valid ID with a photo - this could be a passport, driver's license, or personal ID. You will also need a phone with a working camera and an internet connection. The process is quick and easy, it only takes a few minutes.
