You can withdraw cash while paying for your shopping in-store, without visiting a cash machine and without paying extra fees. This is called cash withdrawal at point of sale, and it works with your ZEN Card at selected merchants.
How it works
- When you pay for your purchase with your ZEN Card, tell the cashier that you would like to withdraw cash.
- The cash amount is added to the value of your purchase.
- You confirm the transaction with your PIN code.
- You receive the cash immediately at the checkout.
That’s it. One payment, one PIN, and cash in hand.

ZEN PRO Cards are not supported for cash withdrawals at point of sale.
To use this service, choose a standard ZEN Card or a ZEN Travel Card. - There is no commission for withdrawing cash this way.
- The merchant may set a lower maximum amount than the official daily limit.

Cash withdrawal limits at point of sale
Daily limits depend on the country where you withdraw cash:
- Germany: 200 EUR
- Poland: 1000 PLN
- All other European countries: 100 EUR or the local currency equivalent
