Adding your ZEN Card to Apple Pay lets you pay quickly and securely with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Once it’s set up, you can leave your physical card behind and still pay wherever Apple Pay is accepted.
Before we start
Make sure you have:
- A device set to a supported country or region (external link)
- A supported Apple device with the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS
- An Apple Account signed in to iCloud
How to add your ZEN card to Apple Pay using the ZEN.COM app
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
- Choose the card and tap "Add to Apple Wallet" below it. The Apple Wallet app will open automatically.
- Choose the device where you want to add the card, check the card details, and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Verify your card using one of the available methods, such as SMS or email.
Your card is now ready to use with Apple Pay.
How to add your ZEN card to Apple Pay using the Apple Wallet app
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Tap the "Add Card" (+) button.
- Add any of the following types of cards:
- A new card: Tap "Debit or Credit Card", tap "Continue", then hold the iPhone near the chip on the card. If the card doesn’t have a chip, tap "Enter Card Details Manually", then enter the card number or tap "Scan Card with Camera".
- A card from a supported app: Below “From Apps on Your iPhone", tap the ZEN.COM app and select your card.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and verify your card using one of the available methods, such as SMS or email.
Your card is now ready to use with Apple Pay.
