You can pay with your ZEN Card using Google Pay straight from your Android phone. Once your card is added, you’re ready to make fast, secure, contactless payments with a simple tap.
Before you start
Make sure that:
- Your ZEN Card is added to the Google Wallet app
- NFC is turned on in your phone’s settings
Pay with Google Pay using your Android phone
- Unlock your phone.
- Hold the back of your phone close to the payment terminal.
- Keep it there for a few seconds until the payment completes.
That’s it. The payment finishes automatically once the terminal confirms it.
What you’ll see
A blue confirmation icon on your screen means the payment was successful.
If the payment doesn’t go through
If nothing happens after a few seconds:
- Hold your phone a little closer to the terminal and keep it there for longer
- Check that NFC is enabled and working correctly in your phone’s settings
These quick checks usually resolve the issue right away.
