What are the card payment and ATM withdrawal limits?

Your ZEN card has daily limits for purchases and ATM withdrawals. You can adjust the standard limits yourself, while the maximum limits are fixed. The exact amounts depend on your card’s settlement currency.

Card payment and ATM withdrawal limits

Each card has two types of limits:

Below you’ll find the daily limits by card settlement currency.

  Standard Maximum
Purchases (for cards which settlement currency is EUR) up to €10 000 per day up to €30 000 per day
Purchases (for cards which settlement currency is PLN) up to 30 000 PLN per day up to 120 000 PLN per day
Purchases (for cards which settlement currency is GBP) up to £10 000 per day up to £30 000 per day
ATM withdrawals (for cards which settlement currency is EUR) up to €2000 per day up to €30 000 per day
ATM withdrawals (for cards which settlement currency is PLN) up to 2000 PLN per day up to 120 000 PLN per day
ATM withdrawals (for cards which settlement currency is GBP) up to £2000 per day up to £30 000 per day

What is the card settlement currency?

The card settlement currency is the default currency assigned to your card, and it’s the currency your funds are taken from first. For example:

  • A Polish card settles in PLN
  • A German card settles in EUR
