Recurring transfers help you automate regular payments, so you don’t have to remember to send them each time.
Note: This feature is available only for Cryptocurrency transfers. Bank or direct debit transfers aren’t supported yet, but more options are coming soon.
Set up a recurring transfer
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Tap “My payments”, then “Scheduled payments”.
- Tap “+” in the top right corner of the screen to schedule a new transfer. The app will ask you to choose the currency of your recurring transfer, and transfer method.
- Currently, only Cryptocurrency is available.
- Add the recipient details, or select one you’ve saved before.
- Set the transfer amount, name, frequency, start and end dates.
Once saved, you’ll see your recurring transfer in “Scheduled payments” and it’ll run automatically from now on.
