Relinking WhiteBIT accounts
Due to service migration, existing WhiteBIT users may need to connect their WhiteBIT accounts to ZEN.COM again after 29.12.2025. If you see an error when linking your ZEN account to WhiteBIT during this time, please try again later.
Information
Before you connect your accounts, make sure your details match in both ZEN and WhiteBIT. This prevents failed connections and helps your deposit or withdrawal go through smoothly. These details must be the same in both services:
- Phone number,
- E-mail address,
- Names, middle names and surnames,
- Document used,
- Home address.
If the data above does not match on your accounts, you will need to update it.
To make your first EUR deposit on WhiteBIT using ZEN.COM, please follow this step-by-step guide:
- If you do not have a WhiteBIT account yet, create one using exactly the same data as stored on your ZEN account.

Go to the main page of the exchange (external link) and select “Balances” — “Total”/“Main”.

Press “Deposit” next to the Euro currency (EUR).

After that, the EUR deposit window will open in your browser. Select “EUR ZEN” as your payment provider.

To connect a ZEN account to the WhiteBIT exchange, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Please make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT. - You will receive a notification in the ZEN.COM app for confirmation after linking your phone number.

Select ZEN as the method for depositing funds in EUR on WhiteBIT. Enter the amount and confirm the transaction. You will receive a notification in the ZEN.COM app to confirm the payment.
- After your confirmation, the deposit will be successfully completed.
Done! You can follow the status of the transaction in the “History” — “Deposits” tab.
To make your first EUR withdrawal on WhiteBIT using ZEN.COM, please follow this step-by-step guide:

Go to the main page of the WhiteBIT exchange (external link) and select “Balances” — “Total” / “Main”.

Press “Withdraw” next to the Euro currency (EUR).

After that, the EUR withdrawal window will open in your browser. Select “EUR ZEN” as your payment provider.

To connect a ZEN account to the WhiteBIT exchange, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.
- You will receive a notification in the ZEN.COM app for confirmation after linking your phone number.
- Select ZEN as the method for withdrawing funds in EUR from WhiteBIT. Confirm the withdrawal request with a 2-factor authentication code.
- Done! Now you can check your withdrawal in the History section. In the “Main Balance” and “Withdrawals” tab, you will be able to see the details of your payment.
