Before we start
Registering on cryptocurrency exchanges happens outside the ZEN.COM app. These instructions are here to help you navigate the process. If something doesn’t work on the cryptocurrency exchange side, their support team is the best place to get answers.
You can open a Binance account using your email address, phone number, Apple, or Google account. Here’s how to do it:

Go to the official Binance website (external link), enter your email address or phone number on the homepage, and select “Register”.
Tip: Use the same email or phone number you connected to your ZEN account.

Read Binance’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then confirm to continue.

Binance will send you a 6-digit verification code by email or SMS. Enter the code to move on.

Create a secure password. It must have at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one number.
That’s it. Your Binance account is now created. To start trading or link your ZEN.COM account to Binance, you’ll first need to verify your identity.
Identity verification ensures you can deposit, withdraw and connect your ZEN.COM account smoothly. Here’s how to complete it:

Log in to your Binance account (external link) and select the profile icon. Choose “Account” then go to “Identification”.

- Select “Get Verified”.
Use the same personal details and document you used for your ZEN account. -
Choose your country of residence.

Enter your personal information. Make sure it matches your ID document. You won’t be able to change it once confirmed.
- Upload your ID document. You can take photos with your phone or upload existing images. Then, complete the liveness check by following the on-screen instructions.
Binance will review your details and notify you when verification is complete.
