Before we start
Registering on cryptocurrency exchanges happens outside the ZEN.COM app. These instructions are here to help you navigate the process. If something doesn’t work on the cryptocurrency exchange side, their support team is the best place to get answers.
You can sign up on the Bybit website using your email, phone number, Apple, or Google account. Here’s the simplest way to do it:
- Go to the official Bybit website (external link).

Choose whether you want to register with Email or Mobile number.
Tip: Use the same email or phone number that you use for your ZEN account. It makes linking both accounts easier later. - Follow Bybit’s on-screen instructions and complete the reCAPTCHA.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone.
Once you’re done, your Bybit EU account is created. To trade or connect it with ZEN.COM for deposits and withdrawals, you’ll need to complete identity verification.
Verification helps unlock all features, including deposits and withdrawals via ZEN.COM.
- Log in to your Bybit account (external link).

Click your avatar in the top-right corner. If you have just created your account, click “Complete Identity Verification Now”. Otherwise, click on “Account” to enter the Account page.

Under “Identity Verification”, select “Verify Now”.
Use the same document and personal information you used when opening your ZEN account. It helps avoid verification mismatches. - Choose “Standard Verification”. This level is required to use ZEN.COM for deposits and withdrawals.
- Follow the on-screen steps to submit your document and personal details.
Bybit will review your verification and notify you once it’s approved.
