Before we start
Registering on cryptocurrency exchanges happens outside the ZEN.COM app. These instructions are here to help you navigate the process. If something doesn’t work on the cryptocurrency exchange side, their support team is the best place to get answers.
You can create your WhiteBIT account using your email address. Follow these steps:
- Go to the official WhiteBIT website (external link).

Enter your email, preferred password and, if you have one, a referral code.
Tip: Use the same email you linked to your ZEN account. It helps us match your details later. - Check your inbox for the 4-digit verification code from WhiteBIT.
- Enter the code on the website and select “Confirm”.
That’s it. Your WhiteBIT account is created. To trade or connect it with ZEN.COM, you’ll need to verify your identity first.
Verification is required before you can trade cryptocurrency or connect your WhiteBIT account to ZEN.COM.
- Log in to your WhiteBIT account (external link).

Go to “Account settings” and open the “Verification” section.
You can also go directly to the Verification page here (external link). - Select “Verify Now”, and follow the on-screen steps. WhiteBIT will ask for your country, personal details from your identity document, and a short video verification.
Please verify using the same document and personal data you used to open your ZEN account. - Complete the short financial questionnaire required for using WhiteBIT.
- Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) in WhiteBIT for better security.
WhiteBIT will review your information and notify you once everything is approved.
