Sometimes a Stone you use in the Reward Zone moneyback program needs an extra check. This usually happens when the transaction doesn’t fully match the Stone category. While we review it, the status shows as “Processing”.
When your Stone may be reviewed
The ZEN.COM app may need a review when the transaction type doesn’t fit the Stone’s purpose.
For example, a Support Stone is meant for charity or fundraiser payments. If you try to use it for another kind of purchase, the request goes to review instead of being accepted right away.
These checks keep the Reward Zone fair and make sure Stones are used as intended.
How long the review takes
A review can take up to 3 business days.
You’ll get a notification in the app as soon as it’s completed. There’s nothing you need to do in the meantime.
What happens after the review
Your Stone can be:

Accepted.
The Stone is used, and you receive the Reward linked to it. -
Declined.
The Stone returns to your Reward Zone so you can use it again on a transaction that fits the category. If your request to use a Stone was declined, read this article for more details.
