Check if the payment is supported
First, make sure the website accepts ZEN.COM CashCard. Not all merchants support it.
What might be causing the issue
If the merchant accepts CashCard, one of these is usually the reason:

No balance left
If your PIN has already been fully used, the payment won’t go through. -
Not enough funds
If the payment amount is higher than your remaining balance, it will be declined. You’ll need to use another CashCard to complete the payment -
Incorrect PIN
Even a small mistake when entering the PIN can block the payment. Check if you're entering it correctly.
What to do next
To quickly find the issue:
- Go to CASHCARD.ZEN.COM.
- Check your current balance and CashCard status.
- Review your recent transactions to see if the funds were already used.
- Try entering the PIN again carefully.
This helps you confirm whether the issue is related to balance, usage, or input error.
Still not working?
Start with the store where you’re making the purchase. They can quickly confirm if the issue is on their side or with the payment process.
