Information
Cryptocurrency services are available only to customers of ZEN.COM UAB. If your account is with ZEN-UK Limited or ZEN.COM PTE. LTD., you won’t be able to use these services.
Using cryptocurrency for the first time can feel confusing. This guide explains what you need to know before you top up your account or send cryptocurrency using the ZEN.COM app.
You need a crypto wallet or exchange
To send cryptocurrency, you’ll use an external service. This can be:
- a crypto wallet (an app or device where you store and send crypto)
- a crypto exchange (a platform where you buy, sell, and transfer crypto)
ZEN.COM doesn’t create or manage crypto wallets. You’ll need to use your own.
Choose the right currency and network
Each cryptocurrency can run on different networks. When you top up your account or send a cryptocurrency transfer, make sure:
- the currency (for example, USDT or ETH) matches
- the network you select in your wallet or exchange is the same as the one shown in the ZEN.COM app
If they don’t match, your transfer may not arrive, and it may not be possible to recover the funds.
Check fees before you send
Crypto transfers include network fees charged by the blockchain. These fees are taken from the amount you send.
To avoid issues:
- make sure the amount that reaches the payment provider matches what you see in the ZEN.COM app
- consider sending a slightly higher amount if fees apply
What happens to your crypto
When you top up your account:
- your cryptocurrency is exchanged into EUR
- ZEN.COM does not store crypto
- you’ll only see the converted amount in your EUR account

When you send a cryptocurrency transfer from ZEN.COM:
- funds are taken from your EUR account balance

Cryptocurrency transfers and top-ups are processed by trusted external providers. ZEN.COM only transfers fiat funds (such as USD and EUR) between you and those providers.
