Registering on cryptocurrency exchanges happens outside the ZEN.COM app. These instructions are here to help you navigate the process. If something doesn’t work on the cryptocurrency exchange side, their support team is the best place to get answers.
Register a Bitpanda account
You can create your Bitpanda account with your email address on the Bitpanda website or mobile app. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the official Bitpanda website or Bitpanda app and select "Sign up" (external link).
- Enter your name and email address, and choose a strong password.
Tip: Use the same email you have linked to your ZEN account. - Select your country of residence and accept Bitpanda's Terms and Conditions and Bitpanda's Privacy Policy if you agree with them.
- Select "Create account" or "Sign up".
- Open the link in the confirmation email to complete the creation of your Bitpanda account. Find out what you can do if you did not receive our email.
That’s it. Your Bitpanda account is now created. To trade or link it to ZEN.COM, you’ll need to complete identity verification.
Verify your Bitpanda account
Before you can trade cryptocurrency or connect your account to ZEN.COM, you’ll need to verify your identity in Bitpanda. Follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Bitpanda website or Bitpanda app (external link).
- Select your Profile icon, then choose "Verify now".
- Enter your personal details, confirm that the information given is true, complete and accurate, then select "Save and continue". To successfully verify, the personal data you entered on Bitpanda must match the information in the identity document you use for the verification.
- Enter the SMS-PIN, which Bitpanda sent to your verified phone number.
- Choose the Citizenship, your Preferred language, and the Type of identification, and choose "Continue".
- You will be automatically forwarded to one of Bitpanda's verification partner companies. Follow their instructions when prompted.
Bitpanda will review your details and notify you once it’s approved.
