How to withdraw ZEN Referral Program rewards

Information

This feature is available to ZEN clients with Ambassador Status. If you do not see it yet, we kindly ask you for patience, as it will be available to more clients soon.

You can withdraw your ZEN Referral Program rewards after they become available for payout. This article explains when rewards can be withdrawn, where they are paid, and what the reward statuses mean.

Before you withdraw

  • Rewards can be withdrawn only when they are marked as "Available to withdraw" in the referral program screen.
  • Rewards that are still Pending cannot be withdrawn yet.
  • Referral rewards can be withdrawn only to a EUR account. All rewards are calculated and paid in EUR. If eligible fees are generated in another currency, they are converted into EUR using the exchange rate determined by ZEN.COM.

How to withdraw your rewards

To withdraw your rewards from the ZEN Referral Program:

  1. Log in to the ZEN.COM app or MY.ZEN.COM portal and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select "Invite & Earn", then tap "Withdraw" under the counter showing the amount available to withdraw.
  3. Check the details and confirm the withdrawal.

After you confirm the withdrawal, the available reward amount will be paid to your EUR account.

What does Pending mean?

Pending rewards are rewards that have been generated but are not fully settled yet.

This can happen when related transactions are still subject to:

  • settlement checks
  • reserve periods
  • reversals
  • refunds
  • chargebacks
  • other settlement risks

Pending rewards are not available for payout. To learn more, check: Why don’t I see rewards from my referral yet?

What does "Available to withdraw" mean?

"Available to withdraw" rewards are rewards that have been fully settled and approved for payout.

You can request a payout only for rewards marked as "Available to withdraw".

Can rewards be delayed, reversed, or recalculated?

Yes. Rewards may be delayed, withheld, reversed, or recalculated if needed.

This can happen because of:

  • chargebacks
  • refunds
  • reversed transactions
  • fraudulent activity
  • settlement failures
  • compliance checks
  • operational errors

This helps make sure that rewards are paid only for eligible, settled activity.
