How does In-Store Cashback work?

In-store cashback lets you get part of your money back when you pay with your ZEN card at selected partners in physical stores. If your payment qualifies, the cashback usually appears in your ZEN account within 30 minutes.

Before you use In-Store Cashback

In-store offers are currently available in Poland. We’re working on expanding them to more countries soon.

To receive cashback:

• Accept the ZEN Card Cashback Terms in the ZEN.COM app before making your purchase. You can accept them when browsing in-store cashback offers for the first time.
• Pay for the entire order with your ZEN card. You can also use your ZEN card through Google Pay, Apple Pay, or another mobile wallet.
• Don’t use other payment methods such as PayPal, Curve, or installment and deferred-payment services. These payments aren’t eligible for cashback.

To check whether you've already accepted the cashback terms:

1. Log in to the ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
2. Select “Documents”, then tap “Cashback consent”.
3. Check whether you've already opted in to receive cashback on eligible purchases at participating stores.

You can receive up to 250 EUR, or the equivalent in another currency, per day from a single Program Partner. The limit resets at 0:00 CET. Any cashback above this limit won’t be granted.

Which stores offer In-Store Cashback?

Cashback percentages and available partners may change from time to time. You’ll always find the latest offers in the ZEN.COM app.

To check which partners offer in-store cashback:

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Shopping” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “More ZEN” instead.
2. Tap “Cashback”, then select “In store” to see stores available in your country.
   • If this is your first time browsing in-store offers, accept the ZEN Card Cashback Terms before making your in-store purchase.
3. Read and confirm the cashback rules for the partner you want to use. Some offers may be available only for specific ZEN card types.

Once you’ve paid for an eligible purchase, the cashback should appear in your ZEN account within about 30 minutes.
