If your card has been stolen or lost, an unauthorized transaction has been detected or the card has been taken over by an unauthorized person, it will be necessary to restrict your card.

Remember

Removing the card is irreversible. It cannot be undone, and the card is permanently deleted. If you remove your card, which is added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, it will be deactivated in both services.

To remove your ZEN Card using the app:

Log in to the ZEN app.
Go left to the screen with your currencies and cards.
Tap on one of your cards, and then swipe up, to expand the card section view.
Select the card you are interested in, then press the “Settings” button below the card.
Click on “Remove card”, then confirm by pressing “Yes”.
Done! Your ZEN Card is now permanently deleted, and further transactions with it will automatically be declined. After a few days, the card will disappear from your cards list.

Please note: after removing the card, refunds coming to it will still be processed.
