Entering the wrong card PIN a few times can be confusing. If this happened to you, your card is safe.
If you enter an incorrect PIN three times while paying or withdrawing cash, your card is temporarily blocked. This is a security measure to protect your money.
What happens next
- The block is lifted automatically the next day, at 00:01 CET / CEST.
- After that, you can use your card again as usual.
- For security reasons, the block cannot be removed earlier.

You can check your PIN anytime in the ZEN.COM app. This article explains how to find it.
Need to pay in the meantime?
While your card is temporarily blocked, you can still use:
- Another ZEN Physical Card, or
- ZEN Virtual Card linked to your account.
