How do I create a payment or transfer confirmation?

Important: You can generate a statement only for completed transfers or payments. See also: 'How to check the status of an outgoing transfer', 'How long does it take to process my transfer?'.

To generate the confirmation:

  1. Open ZEN app, go to the Wallet page (center screen) and swipe up to open the transaction history.
  2. Locate the desired payment or transfer and tap on it.
  3. Pull the screen up to open full payment or transfer details, tap on the Statement icon. You should then see a confirmation generated.
  4. To download or share the document, tap on the export icon in the top right corner.
