Information
You can generate a statement only for completed transfers or payments. Rejected or pending transactions do not contain confirmations.

To generate the confirmation:
- Log in to the ZEN app.
- Wallet page will open - swipe up to open the transaction history.
- Locate the desired payment or transfer and tap on it.
- Pull the screen up to open full payment or transfer details, and tap on the "Statement" icon. You should then see a confirmation generated.
- To download or share the document, tap on the export icon in the top right corner.
