How do I create a payment or transfer confirmation?

Information

You can generate a statement only for completed transfers or payments. Rejected or pending transactions do not contain confirmations.

To generate the confirmation:

  1. Log in to the ZEN app.
  2. Wallet page will open - swipe up to open the transaction history.
  3. Locate the desired payment or transfer and tap on it.
  4. Pull the screen up to open full payment or transfer details, and tap on the "Statement" icon. You should then see a confirmation generated.
  5. To download or share the document, tap on the export icon in the top right corner.
