What international transfers does ZEN.COM support?

You can send and receive international transfers with ZEN.COM using SWIFT, SEPA, or XBS.
Each method works slightly differently and supports different regions and currencies. This guide explains how each one works and what to expect.

Tip

A business day is every day from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as business days.


Available international transfers

SWIFT transfers

SWIFT is an international network that connects financial institutions around the world. You can send funds to any supported country.

Processing time for SWIFT: usually 1–3 business days.
In exceptional cases, it may take longer.

SEPA transfers

SEPA enables payments in euros within participating European countries. ZEN.COM offers SEPA Standard and SEPA Instant transfers:

XBS transfers

XBS is a fast and secure solution for business clients who cannot yet use SWIFT. Transfers are processed within 1 business day. Currently, XBS supports transfers in the currencies listed below, only to the countries where each currency is legal tender:

  • USD to the United States
  • GBP to the United Kingdom
  • DKK to Denmark
  • NOK to Norway
  • PLN to Poland
  • SEK to Sweden
  • CHF to Switzerland
  • TRY to Türkiye
  • CZK to the Czech Republic (only for individual beneficiaries)
  • ILS to Israel (only for individual beneficiaries)
  • MXN to Mexico (only for business beneficiaries)
  • HUF to Hungary (only for business beneficiaries)

Can I cancel an international transfer after sending it?

Once you confirm an international transfer, it can’t be canceled or reversed by ZEN.COM. If you’d like to cancel the transfer:

  • Contact the recipient’s bank to request a refund, or
  • If the recipient’s account is closed or invalid, the funds will be refunded automatically.
