Sent money via card transfer by mistake? Here’s what you can do.
Card transfers are processed instantly, so they can’t be canceled or reversed once sent. Always double-check the amount and recipient details before confirming a transfer in your ZEN.COM app to avoid sending money to the wrong card.
If you sent a transfer to a card by mistake, try contacting the recipient directly and ask them to refund the amount.
If you believe the transfer to the card was part of a scam or fraud, report it to law enforcement and contact us right away for further guidance.
