If your enquiry relates to a specific payment, include confirmation of the transaction from your bank or other institution in your message. If you need help logging into your ZEN account, include the phone number assigned to your account in your message to us, along with the country code and a description of the situation. If an error is displayed in the ZEN app or on our website, include a screenshot of the error as an attachment to your message.
