When you open a ZEN Personal account, you start with a free trial of your chosen Plan. It gives you space to explore the benefits and decide what fits your needs before any monthly fee applies.
If you received a notification about an upcoming charge, or a fee was already taken, it usually means your free trial has ended.
How long the free trial lasts
The free trial length can vary depending on current offers. You can always check your own trial period during account creation and later in your Plan details in the app.
How to check when your free trial ends
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
- Select “Pricing plan” to see your active Plan and the next billing date.
You’ll get a reminder a day before your trial ends. If you have enough money in your account, the subscription fee will be charged automatically. If not, your account moves to the Free Plan. You can upgrade again whenever you’re ready.
