Details
- Local GBP transfers are supported only through Faster Payments (FPS).
- Other methods like BACS or CHAPS aren’t available.
- ZEN.COM accounts only include Sort Codes and account numbers for incoming GBP transfers if the account holder is a resident of the United Kingdom and verifies their identity using a UK-issued document.

How to send FPS transfer in ZEN.COM
If you are a resident of the UK and verified your identity using a UK-issued document, you can send and receive GBP transfers using FPS in your ZEN.COM app:

Can I cancel FPS transfer after sending it?
Once you confirm an FPS transfer, it can’t be cancelled or reversed by ZEN.COM. If you’d like to cancel the transfer:
- Contact the recipient’s bank to request a refund, or
- If the recipient’s account is closed or invalid, the funds will be refunded automatically.
