How to change residential address

Need to update your address so your ZEN.COM account stays accurate? You can do it right in the app in just a few taps.

Important

For security reasons, you can’t change your residence country during the first 90 days after creating your account, or within 90 days of your last country change. If this period hasn’t passed yet, try again later.

Update your home address

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and tap your initials in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select “My details”, then tap your current residential address to edit it.
  3. Enter your new details: country, street name, house or apartment number, postal code, and city or town.
  4. Review your information and confirm changes.

Your new address updates instantly. If you have trouble saving the change, contact our Support team via in-app chat.
