It can be confusing if you don’t see a familiar top-up option. Here’s why this might happen and what you can do.
If a top-up method (like BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) doesn’t appear in your ZEN.COM app, it may depend on your country, verification details, or temporary service updates.
Possible reasons
If you don't see a particular top-up method in your account, it may be related to a few different reasons:

Regional availability.
PayByLink top-ups from Polish banks are available only to users registered in Poland, verified with a Polish ID, and a home address in Poland.
BLIK top-ups are available to clients registered in Poland and Ukraine. -
Temporary maintenance.
Some methods may be unavailable for short maintenance periods. You’ll get a notification before such updates. -
Account or compliance reasons.
Certain methods (for example, Apple Pay or Google Pay) may be disabled if misuse or irregular activity was detected, as described in ZEN Terms applicable to you. -
Feature rollout.
Some top-up methods aren’t supported yet, but we’re continuously expanding them.
