Reward Zone is a loyalty programme in the ZEN.COM app that lets you collect Shards when you pay with your ZEN PRO card, turn them into Stones, and use Stones to get money back on eligible transactions.
You can collect Shards for your ZEN PRO card payments if you have an active Pro subscription plan on a ZEN Personal account or an active ZEN PRO card on a ZEN Business account.
What you can do in Reward Zone
In Reward Zone, you can:
- Collect Shards when you pay with your ZEN PRO card.
- Exchange Shards for Stones.
- Use Stones to receive rewards.
- Complete Quests and use Boosters to increase the value of your rewards.
- Send Stones to your ZEN Buddies if you have a ZEN Personal account.
- Receive Stones from your ZEN Buddies if you have a ZEN Personal account.
Reward Zone is currently available only in the ZEN.COM app. You can’t use it in the MY.ZEN.COM Portal yet.
What happens if your Pro plan or ZEN PRO card becomes inactive?
You won’t lose the rewards you’ve already earned. You can still exchange previously earned Shards and use your Stones to receive rewards.
Once you activate your Pro plan or order a ZEN PRO card, you can start collecting Shards again.
If someone sends you a Stone before you activate a Pro plan, you can still use the Stone to receive a reward and send Gratitude Shards in return.
