How to log in to the ZEN Web Portal for Business Clients

You can log in to your ZEN Business account through a web browser in a few simple steps. This gives you secure access to your company settings and daily operations.

Log in using a web browser

  1. Go to MY.ZEN.COM.
  2. Enter the phone number linked to your Company representative profile.
  3. Enter the one-time passcode sent to that phone number.
  4. Enter your profile PIN to complete the login.

You’ll be logged in to the ZEN Web Portal right away.

Important

Always check the website address before entering your details. The ZEN Web Portal is available only at my.zen.com and always uses a secure HTTPS connection.
