Your ZEN Plan affects the cashback values in your ZEN.COM app.
If you’re an individual client on the Free plan, or a business client without an active ZEN PRO Card, Instant Cashback offers are 50% lower than those available to others.
Full cashback value offers are available for:
- Individual clients on Gold, Platinum, or Pro plans
- Business clients with an active ZEN PRO Card
You can change your active ZEN Plan anytime.
If you’re a business client, you can also order a ZEN PRO Card.
Your Player Status in Reward Zone
Your activity in Reward Zone can unlock more.
If you reach Expert or Ambassador status, you may see exclusive Instant Cashback offers that aren’t available to other users.
