Your Player Status shows how far you’ve progressed in the Reward Zone. As you complete Quests, you move through three statuses, and each one unlocks new benefits.
Player Statuses
You move through statuses in this order. None of them can be skipped.
Explorer
This is the starting level. You get access to:
Expert
At this level, you get:
- 10% more Shards every time you fill your Fortune Stone
- Access to Expert-only Special Deals
- A stronger Stone Booster: 35% instead of 30%
Ambassador
This is the highest level. You get:
- 20% more Shards every time you fill your Fortune Stone
- Access to Ambassador-only Special Deals
- A stronger Stone Booster: 40% instead of 35%
How to check your Status
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Zenefits” from the bottom menu.
Business account: select “More ZEN” instead. - Select “Reward Zone”.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
- You’ll see your player profile with your current status and all details.
Your status stays valid for the current calendar year and the next one.
Example: If you reach Expert in 2025, it stays valid until 31.12.2026.
How to achieve a higher Status
Complete ZEN Quests available in your ZEN.COM app. Each completed Quest gives you Experience Points (XP). When you reach enough XP, your status upgrades.
Your XP resets at the start of every calendar year. Each year, you collect XP to earn a status that will remain active until the end of the next calendar year.
