Can I get cashback for an in-store purchase?

Yes, you can get cashback for purchases in physical stores, but only if the merchant has an In store offer in the ZEN.COM app.

There are two types of cashback offers:

  • Online offers: You can get cashback for online purchases only. Follow the instructions shown in the offer in the ZEN.COM app to qualify.
  • In store offers: You can get cashback when shopping at the merchant's physical stores. To qualify, you need to accept the ZEN Card Cashback Terms when you browse cashback offers for the first time.

In store cashback offers are currently available only in Poland.

Important

If a merchant appears only in the Online Cashback section, you won't receive cashback for purchases made at their physical stores.
