When you pay with your ZEN Card at selected partners, part of what you spend comes back to your ZEN account, usually within 30 minutes. To make sure the cashback tracks correctly, start your shopping through the store link in the ZEN.COM app.
Remember
To receive cashback, make sure you:
- Start with an empty shopping basket in the partner store.
- Stay in the same browser session after the store opens and don’t switch between apps.
- Pay for the entire order with your ZEN Card. You can also use your ZEN Card added to Google Pay, Apple Pay, or another mobile wallet.
- Avoid using other payment methods such as PayByZEN, PayPal, Curve, or instalment and deferred-payment services. Cashback isn’t granted for those payments.

You can receive up to 250 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency) per day from a single Programme Partner. This limit resets at 0:00 CET. Any amount above the limit won’t be granted.

Tip
For convenience, copy your card number from the ZEN.COM app before you start shopping, use your device’s autofill, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay on the store’s website. This helps you complete the payment without switching tabs.
To view the list of cashback partners:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Shopping” from the bottom menu.
Business account: select “More ZEN” instead. - Tap “Cashback” to see stores available in your country and choose a store.
- Read and confirm the cashback rules shown for that partner. Then, tap “Use cashback”.
- Add items to your basket and pay directly with your ZEN Card in one uninterrupted shopping session.
That’s it. Shop, pay with your ZEN Card, and the cashback should land in your account within about 30 minutes.
Important
One generated store link equals one cashback. If you want to place more than one order at the same store, tap “Use cashback” again in the ZEN.COM app before each purchase.
