You may be experiencing an error or service unavailability when trying to send or receive a SEPA Instant transfer using ZEN.COM. We are aware of this and are working on a fix. We will provide an update as soon as we have one. In the meantime, please allow extra time to complete operations in the ZEN app. We apologise for the inconvenience.
