You can quickly check your ZEN Card PIN code in the ZEN.COM app. This helps when you need your PIN for an ATM withdrawal or a payment at a POS terminal.
How to see your ZEN Card PIN in the app
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Cards” from the bottom menu.
- Choose the card and tap "Card PIN" below it.
- Enter your ZEN.COM app passcode.

That’s it. Your PIN code will appear on the screen. You can use it at an ATM or when paying with your ZEN Card at a POS terminal.

Your PIN protects your money.
- Never share your PIN code with anyone.

- ZEN.COM employees will never ask you for your PIN.
- ZEN.COM employees cannot see or check your card PIN code.
