What are the fees for card top-ups?

You can top up your ZEN account using a bank card. Card top-up fees range from 0% to 5% of the top-up amount, depending on your card and ZEN.COM subscription plan.

You'll always see the exact fee in the ZEN.COM app before confirming your top-up.

What affects the card top-up fee?

The fee depends on:

  • Card type: Whether you're using an individual or business card.
  • Country of issue: Whether your card was issued in the European Economic Area (EEA) or outside it.
  • Top-up currency: The currency you use to add money to your account.
  • Subscription plan: Your current ZEN.COM subscription plan.

The same fee ranges and rules apply when you top up using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
