How to exchange currency in ZEN.COM app

You can easily exchange foreign currencies in the ZEN.COM app whenever you need: for travel, shopping, or managing savings. You’ll always get the same competitive rates used for your card transactions.

Exchange currencies in the app

1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
   Business account: select “Home” instead.
2. Tap the “Exchange” icon.
3. Enter the amount, choose the target currency, and check the real-time exchange rate.
4. Tap “Go to exchange” to confirm.

Do I need to exchange money manually?

You don’t need to exchange money before spending in another currency with your ZEN Card. Your ZEN Card automatically uses the same rates when you pay abroad, so you don’t have to worry about manual conversions.

Automatic currency conversion works only for payments made with ZEN Cards. Other transaction types, such as transfers, require manual currency exchange in the ZEN.COM app before you make them.
