Åland Islands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Saint Martin (French part), Singapore (only clients registered in the EEA*), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey (only clients registered in the EEA*), Ukraine, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America.
