How can I check the status of my transaction in ZEN?

Answer

You can check if your bank transfer, card payment, or any other transaction type has been completed or is still in progress by following these steps in your ZEN app:

  1. Log in to the ZEN app.
  2. Swipe up on the screen visible after logging in to see the Transaction history:



  3. Now, select the desired payment. Click on it to expand details:

  4. In the transaction details, you will see its status between the transaction reference and transaction date. There are three transaction statuses:
    • Completed,
    • Pending,
    • Rejected.
