You can send PrivatMoney transfers from your ZEN account in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or Polish zloty (PLN) to Ukrainian Visa and Mastercard cards or accounts. The way the money arrives depends on the recipient’s bank.
How transfers are received
Transfers to PrivatBank
If the recipient uses PrivatBank, the money arrives in the same currency you send, as long as their card or account supports that currency.
Transfers to other Ukrainian banks
Other banks (for example, Monobank, A-Bank, Sense Bank, Universal Bank) can only receive PrivatMoney transfers in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). They also accept these transfers only to UAH cards or UAH accounts.
Before you send a transfer
To avoid delays or rejected transfers, enter a UAH account or card number when sending to any Ukrainian bank other than PrivatBank. These banks process PrivatMoney transfers only in UAH, even if you send the money in another currency.
Who can receive a PrivatMoney transfer
PrivatMoney transfers from ZEN.COM can be received only on personal cards and accounts. Transfers to business or company accounts aren’t supported.
Currency of PrivatMoney transfers
Here’s how the arrival currency works:
- PrivatBank: the recipient gets the transfer in the same currency you send, if their card or account currency matches.
- All other Ukrainian banks (for example, Monobank, A-Bank, Sense Bank, Universal Bank): the money arrives in UAH, regardless of the currency you sent.
