At the moment, PrivatMoney transfers only work one way: from ZEN accounts to Ukrainian bank accounts or cards. You can’t yet receive a PrivatMoney transfer from Ukraine to your ZEN account.
If you’d like to move funds from your Ukrainian account to ZEN.COM, you can use Mastercard MoneySend in your banking app (transfer to card number) or top up a ZEN account instead.
