How to top up ZEN account with BLIK

You can quickly add money to your ZEN account in Polish zloty (PLN) using BLIK. It’s fast, secure, and the funds appear right after you confirm the payment in your banking app.

Before we start

According to ZEN Terms for Individual and Business Users, you can only top up your account with a payment method issued in your own name. Using someone else’s BLIK code may cause your account to be blocked for security reasons. If someone wants to send you money, they can use ZEN Buddies, Bank Transfers, or Card Transfers instead.

Top up your ZEN account using BLIK

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap “PLN”, then “Top up”. BLIK top-ups are available only in Polish zloty (PLN).
  3. Enter the amount you want to add (minimum 29 PLN), and choose “BLIK” as your payment method.

  4. Enter the 6-digit BLIK code generated in your banking app, and confirm your BLIK payment in your banking app.

Funds are usually added instantly after confirming the transaction in the BLIK service.

Your bank may also ask if you want to save ZEN.COM for future BLIK payments without entering a code. Choose Save to activate BLIK OneClick. BLIK OneClick is available in:

  • Alior Bank
  • ING Bank Śląski
  • Bank Millennium
  • mBank PL
  • Santander Bank Polska
  • PKO Bank Polski
  • Bank Pekao S.A.
  • VeloBank

How to remove a saved BLIK OneClick connection

  1. Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
  2. Tap “PLN”, then “Top up”.
  3. Open the list of top-up methods at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap the pencil icon next to the saved BLIK OneClick account, then tap “Remove”.
