How to receive transfers to a ZEN Card number

You can receive money directly to your ZEN Card through Mastercard MoneySend. It’s a quick and convenient way to get funds from many banks and payment apps that support card-to-card transfers. A 3% fee applies to incoming transfers to your ZEN Card.

How MoneySend works

To receive a transfer to ZEN Card:

1. Share your ZEN Card number with the sender. In their bank or app, the sender should enter your ZEN Card number in the “recipient” field when making the transfer.
2. When ZEN.COM receives the transfer to your card number, it appears as “Pending” in your transaction history. It's normal for the transfer to your ZEN Card to show as “Pending” for about 1 hour.
3. That’s it! Once processed, the money will appear on your ZEN account.

Keep in mind that transfers to ZEN Cards may have limits based on regulations or sender’s bank rules. If the transfer doesn’t go through, try again the next day or use a different transfer method.
