You can see how much money you have across all currencies in your ZEN.COM app. This helps you stay in control of your spending and transfers.
Your ZEN account holds 35 currencies, including EUR, GBP, USD, and PLN, in one place. You can choose which currency to pay or transfer with and exchange money instantly at transparent rates.
Can I check the balance of a specific ZEN Card?
No. ZEN Cards do not have separate balances.
All your ZEN Cards use your ZEN account balance, so the available amount depends on the money you have in your ZEN account and specific currency balances.
See your total account balance
- Log in to the ZEN.COM app.
- Your total account balance appears at the top of the main screen. It shows an approximate value based on average exchange rates.
Weekend rates aren’t included, so the amount may change slightly when markets reopen.
Rates update every few seconds, which can cause small differences between your total account balance and the exchange rates on the currency exchange screen.
See specific currency balances
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to view. You’ll see its balance displayed under the currency code.
