What exchange rates are applied to my transactions?

With ZEN, you can exchange currencies, make payments with your ZEN card or withdraw cash from ATMs with competitive currency exchange rates, based on your plan. You can check the current currency exchange rate in the ZEN app on the currency exchange screen. The rate presented in the app already includes an exchange fee, the amount of which depends on your ZEN plan:
