ZEN.COM applies market exchange rates with a small margin that depends on your plan. You can exchange 35 currencies, make payments with your ZEN Card, or withdraw cash from ATMs, all using competitive, transparent rates that already include any applicable fees.
How to check your exchange rate
If you don’t have a ZEN account yet
Use the ZEN.COM Web Currency Converter. It shows the current rates available for Pro plan. These rates already include all margins, so if you choose one of those plans, there are no extra fees beyond what you see in the converter.
If you already use the ZEN.COM app
You can always see the live exchange rate in the app:
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to exchange.
- Tap “Exchange” and set your currency pair.
The rate presented in the app already includes an exchange margin, the amount of which depends on your ZEN Plan:

* ZEN Rate is based on the interbank market mid-rate (rate between the buy and sell prices, used by financial institutions and updated in real time) and includes ZEN costs and a premium for exchange rate risk. The ZEN Rate may vary depending on the customer's country market.
How often do exchange rates update?
ZEN.COM’s exchange rates are based on market data and are refreshed every few seconds. This means the rate you see when confirming a transaction reflects the most recent market level.
Our rates are typically lower than those offered by traditional banks, and always shown to you upfront, with no hidden markups or surprises.
