Top up your ZEN account with Digital Currency

Question

Can I store cryptocurrency in a ZEN account? How do I top-up my ZEN account using Digital Currency? How to transfer Digital Currency to ZEN?

Answer

In ZEN, you may top up your EUR account balance using Digital Currency. Supported cryptocurrencies are:

  • Litecoin (LTC),
  • Tether (USDT),
  • Cardano (ADA),
  • Avalanche (AVAX),
  • Bitcoin Cash (BCH),
  • Bitcoin (BTC),
  • DAI (DAI),
  • Dogecoin (DOGE),
  • Tron (TRX),
  • USD Coin (USDC),
  • Ethereum (ETH).

Information

ZEN does not currently support storing Digital Currency in your account - only FIAT currencies are stored. Digital Currency is exchanged to FIAT (EUR) during top-up.

To transfer your Digital Currency to ZEN:

  1. Log in to the ZEN app.
  2. Select EUR currency on the ZEN app wallet screen.
  3. Press the "Top-up" button.
  4. Enter the top-up amount and click "Choose topup method" at the bottom of the screen.
     
  5. Select "Digital Currency" from the list of top-up methods.
     

    Important

    Digital Currency Top-up service is provided by an external provider. ZEN only transfers FIAT funds between the User and the external provider.

  6. Select the Digital Currency and network you would like to use for the top-up.
  7. When you're all set, click the "Pay" button at the bottom of the screen.
     
  8. Your top-up details will show up. Please make sure to take a screenshot of the details for future reference. ZEN must receive the exact amount of Digital Currency shown in the ZEN app to complete the top-up.

    • We will not be able to complete the payment if we receive less Digital Currency than shown on the top-up details screen. If more Digital Currency was sent than shown in the ZEN app, only the original top-up amount in EUR will be settled in your account.
    • To receive a refund of your underpayment or overpayment, complete the refund form sent to your email address by our payment provider in a message titled “Refund available for withdrawal” within 90 days of receiving the message.
    • If you have not received such a message, please contact the ZEN Customer Support Team. Please note that if the amount of the refund is less than the minimum transfer amount in your network or less than the amount of the transaction processing fees, the refund will not be possible.

    Important

    Every Digital Currency top-up has a unique wallet address — it may only be used once.

  9. A properly completed Digital Currency top-up should be settled in your ZEN account within 1 business day. If the cryptocurrency top-up has not been completed within this time, please check if you have sent the required amount displayed in the top-up details in the previous step.
