If you’re depositing to Binance and choose ZEN as your payment method, you can connect your existing ZEN account, or create one instantly during the process. This lets you deposit to your Binance account quickly and securely. Here’s how it works and what to expect.
Deposit funds to Binance when you don’t have a ZEN account yet
- In the Binance app or website, select “Deposit”, then “Bank Deposit”, and choose one of the supported currencies (CZK, HUF, PLN, EUR, RON, DKK, SEK, CHF).
- In the “Deposit with” field, choose “ZEN.COM”, enter the amount, and provide your phone number to Binance (if you haven’t already).
- If you already have a ZEN account registered with that number, you’ll connect it automatically.
- If not, you’ll see the option “Create ZEN account” and follow the on-screen instructions to set up an account dedicated to your Binance deposits.
- Once created, you can later upgrade this account to a full ZEN account in the ZEN.COM app.
Account limits
Accounts opened through Binance (without verification in the ZEN.COM app) have a daily transaction limit of 1000 EUR. This limit helps keep transactions secure until your full verification is complete. To lift the limit, download the ZEN.COM app from the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery, choose “ZEN Personal”, and sign in with the same phone number you used on Binance.
