Internal transfers are the fastest way to move money between ZEN.COM clients. They arrive instantly and without external fees, perfect for paying partners or moving funds between your own accounts. To send an internal transfer from your ZEN Business account, you’ll need the recipient’s IBAN that starts with “GB”, visible in their ZEN.COM app.
See this article to learn how to check IBANs in the ZEN.COM app.
Send internal transfers using ZEN.COM app
- Log in to your ZEN.COM app and select “Wallet” from the bottom menu.
- Tap the currency you want to send, then tap “Transfer”.
- Select “Account number” as the transfer destination, tap “New transfer”, and enter the GB IBAN provided by the recipient.
- If the IBAN is correct, the BIC/SWIFT field will fill automatically with BZENLT22XXX.
-
Check the recipient details. If the transfer type shows “ZEN”, it means it will be sent internally and processed instantly.
- If you see “SWIFT”, “SEPA”, or “Local” instead of “ZEN”, ask the recipient to send their correct GB IBAN from the ZEN.COM app.
Send internal transfers using ZEN Web Portal
- Log in to the ZEN Web Portal.
- In the left menu, select “Transfers”, then click “New transfer”.
- Choose the currency and recipient type (Company or Personal) and paste the GB IBAN shared by the recipient.
