When fees may apply
Some actions come with fixed or percentage-based fees. These apply only in specific situations:

ATM cash withdrawals
Fees may apply. You can find the full breakdown in How to withdraw cash from an ATM. -
ATM cash deposits
1% of the deposited amount. -
ATM balance inquiry
1 EUR per inquiry. -
ATM PIN code change
1 EUR per change.
Third-party fees
In some cases, additional fees may be charged by third parties. These are not set or collected by ZEN.COM. Examples include:
- ATM operator fees
- Fees charged by online stores or service providers where you pay with your card
These fees depend on the service you use and should be shown to you before you complete a payment.
