Updates to Reward Zone Terms

  • Shards now expire one year after you earn them.
  • Each Stone has its own expiry date, shown in the app. Once a Stone expires, you can't use it.
  • You keep your Shards if your Pro plan or ZEN PRO Card becomes inactive. Shards' expiry dates continue to apply.
  • We've clarified which payments earn Shards. Cash-related and intermediary transactions (e.g., through Curve, PayPal, Klarna) are excluded.
  • We've added a new tax section and clarified cases when ZEN.COM may need to request information from you.

If you disagree with the changes

If you don’t agree with the changes, you can close your ZEN account at no cost.
