How to check your ZEN.COM CashCard balance and transactions

You can check your CashCard balance and recent activity anytime on the self-service website. This helps you stay in control of your spending and see exactly how your funds are used.

How to check your balance

  1. Go to CASHCARD.ZEN.COM.
  2. Log in using your CashCard details.

What you can see

In the self-service portal, you can:

  • Check your current balance, so you know how much is left
  • See the status of your CashCard
  • Review how your funds have been used
  • View your last 10 transactions

Important

Use the Serial Number when checking your balance or contacting support.

Never use or share your PIN for these purposes. Anyone with your PIN can spend your funds.
